What we do

A healthier way to move

Who comes to Youturn

We work with various populations such as ICBC claims, post-traumatic stress disorder, neuropsychiatric quinism, cardiac and respiratory rehabilitation, virtual therapy, lifestyle management, elder care, balance training, community integration, mental health programs and high performance.

When is the best time

Movement is medicine for your body. Whether just starting down the road to recovery, or looking to live a healthier lifestyle the time to start is now.

How we can help

We love helping people and through kinesiology and can help promote health and wellbeing. We can prevent, manage and rehabilitate injuries, treat illness and chronic disease, restore function and optimize human performance in the workplace, clinical settings, and activity.

Physiotherapy and Kinesiology

Often people with injuries will start with physiotherapy or chiropractic treatment and then progress to kinesiology. Kinesiology is also a preventative practice, helping ensure you will not need to see a physiotherapist or chiropractor, giving you the tools to achieve your own version of health and fitness.
